You are responsible for providing accurate information, submitting only images that you are authorized to provide, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized account use. You may not reverse engineer, copy, scrape, harvest, benchmark, extract data from, interfere with, misuse, or attempt to compromise the operation, security, software, artificial intelligence technology, or screening outputs of the Services.

Screening results are generated by automated artificial intelligence technology and are provided as informational outputs only. You acknowledge that results depend on the images submitted and may be affected by image quality, lighting, hair type, hairstyle, camera angle, movement, obstructions, and other variables. Comb & Calm does not guarantee that any screening result will be accurate, complete, reliable, uninterrupted, or available at all times, and you are responsible for any decisions you make based on your use of the Services.

Purchases of products, subscriptions, care credits, or in-app items may be subject to additional checkout, refund, shipping, platform, or app-store terms. Prices, availability, and features may change, and orders remain subject to acceptance and successful payment processing. Purchases made through Apple, Google, or another third-party platform are also subject to that platform’s terms and policies.

You retain ownership of photographs and content that you submit through the Services. By submitting images or other content, you grant Comb & Calm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, analyze, reproduce, modify, validate, test, improve, train, evaluate, and enhance our artificial intelligence models, screening technology, software, products, and Services, consistent with this Privacy Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and applicable law. You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit any images or other content that you provide through the Services.

The Services, including all software, artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, algorithms, databases, datasets, graphics, text, trademarks, product names, user interfaces, reports, screening methodologies, documentation, and related technology, are owned by Comb & Calm or its licensors. Your use of the Services gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal use, and you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by Comb & Calm in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Comb & Calm disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in this policy or our Terms & Conditions, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, and accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comb & Calm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services, including damages related to AI-generated outputs, inaccurate screening results, false positives, false negatives, service interruptions, unauthorized access, loss of data, or reliance on screening results.

Comb & Calm may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of the Services at any time, subject to applicable law and any commitments we expressly make to you. We may also suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe a user has violated this Privacy Policy, our Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or the security or integrity of the Services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Comb & Calm Inc. may modify these Terms at any time.

When material changes are made, we will update the Latest Update & Effective Date shown above and may provide additional notice where required by law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Comb & Calm regarding the Services.
